FAQ
How long will delivery take?
Free curbside delivery averages 7–10 days; white glove delivery (room-of-choice placement) averages 10–16 days. You'll be contacted to schedule white glove delivery.
What warranty is included?
Our massage chairs include a 3-year manufacturer's parts & labor warranty. See the Warranty tab above for full terms.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes — Shop Pay Installments is available at checkout, with monthly payment plans shown under the price.
What if I need help choosing?
Call us at +1 309-761-5778 and speak with a product expert — we'll help you find the right fit for your needs and space.
What's the difference between 3D, 4D, and 5D massage?
3D rollers move up and down, side to side, and in and out to adjust massage depth. 4D adds variable speed and rhythm on top of that, mimicking human hands more closely. 5D refines this further with AI-driven precision for the most lifelike massage. Higher numbers generally mean a more nuanced, customizable massage — see the comparison table above for which models offer what.
How much room do I need for a massage chair?
It depends on the model — check the Specifications tab for exact upright and reclined dimensions. Most of our chairs need between 1 and 8 inches of wall clearance to fully recline (see the comparison table above). Allow a few extra inches around the chair for comfortable entry and exit.
Do massage chairs require assembly?
Chairs arrive mostly assembled. With white glove delivery, the delivery team places the chair in your room of choice and handles setup. With curbside delivery, final placement is up to you.
How do I choose the right model?
Start with your budget, then consider must-have features like heating zones, voice control, and body scanning. The comparison table above shows our four most popular models side by side. Still unsure? Call us at +1 309-761-5778 and a product expert will help you find the right fit.
