I bought this for my wife who is always sore in her back and neck. This chair has so many features and options it is mind blowing. The only issue I had were the instructions for assembly and for operation. They definitely need to be be redone. Assembly was easy, but it took much longer than it should have because of the poor pictures and instructions. Other than that, the chair is awesome!

This is the second one I have bought. The $3,500 modle is really good. The $5,500 modle is really really really good. I ride it every day. My back needs the massage. Our AZ house did not have a massage chair. I went with out for six weeks. When this came my first ride was a bit pain full. All the knots in my lower back and butt are gone. The heat setting helps. The lower leg and feet massage is incredible.Read the instructions before trying to move it. We used a dolly and a very strong wife. We did it!!Much better to role on the back wheels that come on the chair. Like I said read first move latter.
